It's like one of those "Mongolian Barbecue" joints where you choose all your raw meats, vegetables, and sauces and they grill it up for you on a giant circular grill. Only Flat Top Grill is a little higher quality than those sketchy buffets. They hold your hand through the process if you are a first-timer, which is a bit annoying. My first attempt was quite delicious -- I did a pretty standard rice/pork/vegetables/ginger sauce combo. With flatbread! (Get the flatbread it rocks) I'll be going back soon. |
