This 112 year-old gem is the real deal, old-timey diner and ice cream parlor whose ambience so many have tried, and failed, to reproduce (Johnny Rockets or Steak 'n' Shake, anyone?). With an ice cream menu as large or larger than the food menu, and breakfast served all day, these guys have their priorities straight. The food, no-frills diner fare, is very good, and the ice cream better. What more can you ask for?
