Cubby's is certainly different, they feature a fast food style ordering system so it's not the fanciest place out there, but if you just want great baby back ribs in the greater new york area, then this is the place to go. The ribs are so tender and soft that you can eat it with a fork and knife and not even get it all over your face. I haven't tried much else because every time I make the trip, the ribs call my name, so if you're going to make the trip for the first time, get the ribs! A full rack isn't exactly cheap for the decor though.
