Walking into the restaurant, you're taken into a rustic, wooden, old-fashioned world. The ambiance is great for the types of Cajun food they serve... you get the usual fare, like fish, shrimp, crawfish, but right alongside those on the menu, you will see fried alligator. We got to-go food from there last night for the first time, and the experience was great! I can't tell you how many times I've gotten home and had the order screwed up because the restaurant didn't get it right. Here, they take everything out of the bag and show you each individual item, and then you sign a form saying that indeed, your order was correct. Excellent!
