The story is: owned by brothers from Japan, one in Tokyo who selects the fish at the Tokyo fish market and it is then flown to Denver every day. Salmon had a sauce on it that made the greenbeans and salmon taste fabulous. I even used my wifes bread to soak it up. It has a great view of the Colorado Rockies stadium.
